Based on the testimony and documents of record involving Mansfield Wetland Permit Application W-1631, for a proposed development at 541 Middle Turnpike, Mansfield, CT, the applicant fails to comply with the inland wetlands regulations of the town of Mansfield for the following reasons: 1. Extremely High Level of Impervious Cover in Upland Review Area: The applicant proposes to construct 89 dwelling units on approximately 7.57 acres of the 24.61 acre parcel located 541 Middle Turnpike, Mansfield, CT. A total of 49 of the 60 buildings proposed will be completely or partially within the 150 foot upland review area established by the Mansfield Inland Wetlands Agency.
